What MIDI Animator Does
The MIDI Animator reads your MIDI file and automatically generates keyframe animations, no manual work required. You can currently choose from two modes:
 
Piano: Generate a clean, low‑poly 88‑key piano.
Piano and Notes: Create a piano with synchronized falling MIDI notes that land exactly when each key is pressed. Demo
 
Features coming soon:
Cube - Note On and Note Off: Create 88 cubes based on defined location, rotation, or scale. The cubes return to their original positions when the note is off, like a piano key.
Cube - Note On: The cubes do not return to their original positions. Instead, they transform based on the last location, rotation, or scale.
 
Animated Illuminated Keys
Add optional key‑illumination that lights up each note as it’s played. Clean, clear, and perfectly synced to your MIDI.
 
BPM Customization
You can set a custom BPM value for your animation. If set to 0, the add‑on automatically uses the BPM stored in your MIDI file.
